Owl my Love ....

I created another pair of barn owls, one for a friend and one to hang out with me! There should be some cool Artwey events this year for you to meet her ....

A shot of me in my pyjamas, doing some tinting with my Copic Markers!

And finally, another of my involved pieces is completed. She perches in front of my latest IKEA hack ...

Feels like I have not embroidered for a long time, I am using my old bernette machine for this ....

Embellishments!

One of the three barn owls is a special present, and he got some very special treatment, the addition of some lovely old watch parts all over his head and chest!

Looking at the other two owls, I do think they might be a little bit jealous! It is still so lovely to have three of them staying with me!

Faces ....

So first I get out my camera to share my baby owls with you!

And then my real life babies ask me if they can be in the shot too!

And then Mary pipes up, 'Do me Mummy!' so there you have them all!

Brownie Points!

Sometimes you just have to sew on badges! These are rainbows ones, that my two little rainbows finally remembered to bring down their tabards for sewing! I have explained that asking me to sew them when we are about to leave for rainbow guides wont work, and tonight they took that on board! Tabards and colourful badges appeared folded by my sewing machine, as if by magic ...

Then I worked on the tail of something ...
