Fire and Ice ...

we went to see the fire and ice exhibition at the portland arts centre and did some casting using cuttle fish moulds and lead free pewter with potter Bill Crumblehome...

just chillin' .....

trying to take photos of my work with this lot around is interesting ...

ah, look there are my letters - my 'cold' word, to go with my 'hot' word at the fire and ice exhibition next month ...

i have made my 'hot' piece of work for the portland arts centre's fire and ice exhibition ...



here are my spice girls, shouting out the word !
matty, daisy and funny little mary !
looks like spice is as good as shouting 'cheese' for the camera, anyway !

letters must be arranged - we do like pie!

and next i must make a 'cold' piece of work, but i wont be making ice, and i will use a much subdued pallet, too ...
